A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.More importantly you will have a great understanding of Dealership Warranty systems and procedures, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with all levels of staff and management.This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked within a dealership as a Warranty Controller / Administrator or as an experienced Warranty Controller.You will also prepare for manufacturer's audits at the dealerships.Manage the reconciliation of warranty accounts with dealership Accountants and produce and demonstrate aftersales data on a regular basis.Recommend improvement methods and solutions whilst ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are fully implemented.Ensure under or over payments are appealed within the manufacturer mandatory time limits.You will need to be able to work effectively with manufacturer warranty managers to maintain performance.The successful applicant will be responsible for the effective claiming and processing of warranty work and ensuring warranty procedures are followed in all departments. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30. We are recruiting for a Warranty Manager to join our Land Rover Dealership in Solihull.
